Jackson Edge Ultra Lite

I have a friend who is looking for a light-weight steel. Have any of you tried the Jackson Edge Ultra Lite?

I have a GFI Expo X-1 my self as a travelling guitar. As the Jackson is even lighter, does it move around much? And does is sound like a modern light-weight steel is supposed to? The GFI is on the "edge" of being too wobbly, but I guess that's the consequences of less weight.
