I'll be playing at the Broken Spoke in Austin,TX this Friday with Billy Mata and the Texas Tradition. We rarely play in Austin. We usually just drive on thru for some reason. Sooo. If you get in the mood for some fiddle, steel and lead punched up with a driving upright bass by Bill Holt, come on by.

We had a great crowd. I was surprised to see Mark Giles and his beautiful family. We all had lots of fun.

Billy - We would have loved to have you there. Mark Said your show was really good. We've been working so much that I couldn't make it this year. Maybe next year. I'll be in Dallas on Thrusday & Friday and a couple of our band will be there to but we have to play Saturday near San Antone.

David -They don't make me stand all the time. I played my Zum friday night. The place was bursting at the seams. We had over 400 people in that little place . Not bad for a Friday night at $12 a head.
As to the west coast. We're playing in Victoria, BC April 7-11th. And we are making arrangements for Sacramento and San Deigo but nothing is confirmed yet.

Roger,
You guys are our favorite westwern swing band. Floyd was the icing on the cake. What's a couple of hundred miles when there is good music and good friends to be heard. My daughter even talked me into dancing with her. I pivoted on one foot while she drug me around in circles. ha! If you get the chance folks, don't miss Billy Mata and the Texas Tradition.
