A little clarity por favor. My Rains is triple raise triple lower and has allen screw at the top of the changer to limit the finger travel. I was able to set it up so that when pressing the AB pedals my LKV(B to Bb) was in tune. However the Franklin pedal (Installed on P4) only lowered to Bb instead of A. I read elsewhere a tidbit concerning adding an extra rod or something of that sort. Any help would be greatly appreciated. _________________ I'd rather be pickin' |

Set the lowest note (A) using the setscrew.
To set the split to C (when the A pedal is pressed and the LKV is activated) use the nylon tuner attached to the LKV.
To set the Bb lower, you need to add a rod from the LKV bellcrank to a spare raise hole.
Activate the LKV, and the string will be flat.
Get it back to pitch by using the nylon tuner on the new rod. |
