I have a JCH D10, early 80's. The holes for the rods in the changers are larger on the raises than on the lowers. The pull rods are all the same diameter. To make up the difference there is a little metal ferrel with a step down between the nylon tuning nut and the changer finger hole. Does anyone have any of these to sell? Does anyone know where I could get some of these? It works ok without them, but I am trying to get this guitar back to the way it is supposed to be.

Have any of you ever seen these on a JCH? Is mine a "one off"?

I use to have a 89 model and it wasn't like yours. Try Buck Reid, he would know.

Were they nylon washers or metal washers. It would take a small outside diameter that I don't know where to find.

Yes Bob, I have purchased alot of that kind of stuff from Lowe's. Next time I go to Abilene I'll go thru them drawers again. I bet I can find some with the right size hole, but it's gonna take a small outside diameter so as not to catch the next finger.

I wish I had those ferrels he took off. I guess it would be cost prohibitive to get the across the pond? I don't know anything about shipping across the ocean.
