dont know who it is.
Id offer to go look at it for ya, but I am not confident in my abilty to judge it for you, me not having much experience with guitars other than my own.

from the description, I'm guessing its not a fo-bro's steel. but ive been known to be wrong...lots.

thanks ben got intouch with the sellar. he sent me
some pic's of the dekley d-10 it's a older one
made in the late 70's not a "slimline " model
which i am looking for made in the 80's.....

I sold it so long ago I don't remember who I sold it to. I remember putting on one of those pickups that had a 5 position knob. It was brown rosewood in color.
