Now all those promises you made to yourself about not getting up at 6:30am and sleeping in until 9:00 once you retire: won't happen! The old clock inside your mind will have you wide awake at the same time every day.
Oh yes, all that free time you will have now that you have retired: that won't happen neither.
Other than those few items, you will love it. |

Congratulations man. Six Saturdays a week!! Ain't life grand. I got no time to do anything now. I just seem to acquire projects rather than actually getting anything done. I'm building a Leslie out of collected parts for my M3, I got a Tele project in the works. (Can't spray lacquer worth a darn at 25 degrees.) I owe amps to about three guys, I'm rebuilding an old Buescher Sax, and I got a whole bunch of classic ('30s and '40s ) power tools to build a shop around. Workin for a living was easier. But I'll leave that to you young kids that need the money.
Oh, almost forgot, anybody want to buy a 50 foot Hatteras??
Not complaining though. I ain't dead yet!
Wait till summer when it warms up a bit. Then I'll have to air condition the garage. You can't win.
Still. Beats workin'. I guess. I'd go back in a minute maybe. Then complain about no time to collect projects. Life's tuff.

Now that you have all that free time, you could always go over and bug Erv.
