That was a re-run, and I enjoyed them more than anyone I've seen on his show.

I was spellbound by the Quebe's! We didn't have a show tonight at the Bollinger Family Theatre so I
got to see our fellow Mississippian Marty Stuart's
great season opener. They do it all right on that show.

Marty does it right,The same format as the OLD shows Porter, the Wilburns, etc,Great musicians, classy Nudie suits,REAL country music,a funny man,a Christian song. Great guests,It was a thrill a few weeks ago to see one of the FEW legends we have left, LITTLE JIMMY. KUDOS to Marty for what he does for country music.YOU BETCHA,DYK?BC. _________________ Hard headed, opinionated old geezer. BAMA CHARLIE. GOD BLESS AMERICA. ANIMAL RIGHTS ACTIVIST. Something like the second coming of The Andrews Sisters . . . with fiddles, aren't they. |

I really liked those ladies, especially their rendition of "How High the Moon". The archtop rhythm player and upright bassman were laying down a very solid foundation for the girls to play over.
Is RFD-TV only available on sattelite? I never see it listed on cable TV program schedules. I wish they had it on Cox. This morning at my brother in law's house I also watched the old Porter Waggoner show........JH in Va. _________________ Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!! |

Here in Phenix City it's on our local cable. BUT it's NOT listed on the cables program. I found it by accident while channel surfing one day. You may have it and not know it.
