Saw a film Called Road To Nashville on DVD produced in 1966. A hokey premise but some good picking and singing. Anyone out there knows who was playing steel for Kitty Wells, maybe Russ Hicks. Also Faron Young, Bill Anderson, Marty Robbins? The only steel player who was introduced was Jimmy Crawford playing with Hank Snow. Also was Ruby Wright Kitty and Bob Wrights' daughter? She was singing harmony with Bill Plillips. Thanks

Dickie Overbey with Faron Young. And yes, Ruby is their daughter. She did a great job on her duet with Bill Phillips in that movie.
