Last night I had the great pleasure of seeing Moe Bandy at Rollies Club in St Cloud Mn. If you like real country with Steel & Fiddle, It don't get any better than this. Moe is as nice a person as they come, & a great singer, with a list of great songs a mile long. I was fortunate to talk with Moe's steel player after the show. His name is John Clark, he's a wonderful player, & he also plays great fiddle. He plays a black Bethel SD10. Don't miss this show, if at all possible! My Best! Al Udeen |

Al, you're right, the Moe Bandy show is very good. I have seen them in Branson and always enjoyed the excellent music. When I lived in Harrison, AR, John Clark's home, we played some together and John is very good at either instrument, plus he's just a great person. _________________ SL D-10, SL U-12,SL SD-10, Custom Tele w/B bender, Steel King, TC300 Effects, Goodrich H-10K pedal, Fender V/T Pedal, Hilton Pedal Elite seat. |

Not only is John a great steel & fiddle player,he also plays guitar, bass, banjo, dobro & mandolin. And he is a great teacher. He teaches @ Ashleys' Music in Harrison,AR. Since he is my daughters' fiddle teacher I get to see him every other other week & we get to talk steel. I've just started trying to learn to play non pedal B6th tuning & he has helped me tremendously to see the logic of that tuning & how the chords are laid out.If you get the chance to see Moe's show by all means do it! _________________ http://www.myspace.com/davidagriffin |
