It would help if you could see it sitting on the floor without the pac-a-seat in the way. I don't need a stand but if you want to sell them they need to SEE it! That picture is blurry!

I have no idea what your stands look like but a few thoughts....

Robust can have a wide range of meanings, depends on the person and their past experience. Just because a stand can hold x amount of weight does not make it robust.

Use the knowledge gained from the return to advertise your product's features and strengths. Maybe there needs to be a design modification to your product to make it appear more robust.

Sometimes a returned product is much better for business than having to deal with a dissatisfied customer in the long run. If the return is handled correctly you may have lost a short term sale but prevented future damage to your business from a dissatisfied customer. A couple unhappy customers can do more damage to a business than a 100 good ones.

Learn from the experience provided and move on...

How much are these going for Mr. Cawby? I'd, also, like to see a better picture of the stand!

Thanks,

Josh

Now Ernie everybody weighs more after Thanksgiving. So you probably weigh 185. That would be 247. Your pal Jimmie
