I agree too. Excels are great guitars. Roy, that's a beautiful guitar you've got. I'm looking forward to seeing Lee's.

Here's my Excel D-10 (8&5)

Let me know when you'll be playing at Pepe's On The River. I'd like to come out and see it.

Hi Lee,
I'll be at Pepe's this Sunday, 112-3, but don't know yet if I'll have it there. I changed my pedal setup and may take a few days to get used to it. For sure I'll be using it there in two more weeks. I'll let you know. Guys, I still don't know how to upload a picture! Any help?

They are not intimidating - just amazingly well engineered. Mitsuo does such clever things in such simple ways that his undercarriges are in a class by themselves. They look great, sound great, are light weight, easy to work on,never ever break any strings whatsoever and require almost zero tweaking and maintainance once set up. After dialing in the compensating linkage,it took me a couple weeks to get used to how intune it played. It just sounded wrong to be that intune and I had to keep checking my tuner to be sure. Also with the 25.5" scale, harmonics are really bold and clear. What's not to like?
