I was looking at this wondering if it was worth bidding on, but there seems to be something odd about it. There's no photograph of the front. It should be blue, but if you look at the edges of the other photos it looks like unfinished or stripped bare wood. Why is the underneath cream-colored ? It's odd that someone would sell a PSG without showing the front. |

I agree. But it sold, and for a very good price. Of course, it's been painted a few times, but it's a very early guitar, and it's all there (very rare these days). The seller has 377 (100%) positive feedbacks. Even I would have bid if I'd thought it would sell for that little! |

When I first saw the blue I thought "Now that's a cool Rock-A-Billy axe".
I agree with Donny, somebody got a great deal. |

I emailed the seller about the color and he said the front and underneath had been painted in that light brown color, and there was no Fender logo on the front. Since I've already got an identical instrument that I regard as a long-term restoration project I decided I didn't need yet another project. If it hadn't needed refinishing I might have bid on it. |
