just need some idea of what this sho bud would be worth, it is an 1980 (ser #16019)it has a new case, 8/p and 5/knees...vertical knee is an add on....you have to really look close to see any dings in the finish.....thanks jack

darn, i just paid 200.00 for it,i never get a bargain. it belongs to a friend of mine. he bought it new in 1980...(only kidding about the 200.00)...thanks jack

I've got a Sho-Bud Pro 2 Custom 8&4. I'm almost done refurbishing it. It looks extra sharp. I'm going to ask 2100.00 plus shipping for it. Very Happy

I'd say the going price is $1800-$2200. I've seen them go for more, or less, but most sell right in that range.

Those are great sounding guitars and i think the smoothest one's sho-bud ever made, shame about the pot metal and pick-ups.
Jack, that is one beautiful guitar, i'm drooling there matey!! A couple o grand easy plus!

You are correct about the Pro II Custom being a great sounding guitar. IMHO
