Bell Cranks for a Marlen (Speedy West Model)

I am in need of 4 bell cranks with rod collars to fit a Speedy West Guitar I am modifying. I obtained two knee levers from Lenny Stadler but alas, he had no bell cranks. I am also wondering if anyone would have an all pull changer for a Marlen?
