Yes and I would like to know what ever happened to the free trade agreements. Is the charge only for a person to person deal. If there isn't a duty charge then why all the paperwork?

I was a field Engineer and had a sercvice call at Ontario Hydro. They charged duty on my oscilloscope and spare parts kit both ways. That was a ton of cash. al
