Laneys' brother Larry Thompson lost his fight with pancreatic cancer today...he had returned to Columbia, S.C. a few weeks ago after spending over a year in Nashville to be with Laney and their sister Linda. Larry was a real fighter, almost tripling the six months he was given to live. I pray to God to receive his spirit and to thank Him for the comfort and relief from all the stress that Laney and their family have endured for all this time, and ask for your prayers for the same.

Russ, you guys have been in our prayers since we first learned of Larry's condition. An illness like this is always a stressful time, but I know God's plan for us is not always evident. I've heard from Laney that there were some eyes opened through the constant prayers, and some new interest shown in finding what God's grace is all about. We pray now for the healing of your family as you move forward. We love you guys.
