Hi Frank, wish I could make it to your show. You have a fantastic line up and I'm sure It will be a success! We enjoyed Chris coming down to the Fulawka room in St. Louis and helping with the bass duties and I kept looking for you so we could get you on stage for a session. We sure do have fun each year seeing all our friends. Good Luck with your show, we'll see you on the other side 2005, Lonnie Portwood

UMMMMMM Tony I'm almost willing to bet it will be Doug Jerrigan sorry about the spelling of Doug's last name. I do know that Doug taught Frank a lot on the steel.I would love to see Frank have Merle Record play as he is just Awsum.I went to hear his band last night and they just blow you away with all the Traditional country music and they do no country Rock. They just pack the place and keep the people on the dance floor.I haerd that Dana Flood is in Florida and has a few Gigs to do there so i don't know if he will be here or not.Is that true Dana and if so we will miss some good Steel picking from you.See you all the 17th.

I think Sam may be a little off base with the special guests but it will be a fun time none the less. Any other forum members planning on attending? If you're coming from out of state, email me and I'll try to get some hotel info in the local area.

Chris

I'm coming, may bring some of the steel-loving family. Still a newbie so no playing, unless you want to hear half an intro, half a fill, and some really slow harmonic scales. Really looking forward to it.

Chris I think Merle Record will play if you ask him.He is a great steel player. He played at our Rhode Island Show this past May and he done a excellent job. He is going to be playing at the Norwalk Show next Month. And if you need another player I will play also. Let me know so I know if to bring my Steel or not.

I regret very much that I can't join you guys at this show this year; I will just have returned from Ireland and my wife will kill me if I don't stay home that weekend. Sometimes ya gotta do stuff like that just to keep peace in the household (and avoid getting battered on and about the head)!

Hopefully I'll be back there witcha next year!
