| Where can I find some tall knobs similar to what can be found on the old Fender 1000 and 400 model pedal steels? They don't need to be the same style. The height is the important thing. |

James,
If I read the specs correctly, the chrome/black are 18.4mm, which is approximately 3/4" high for a 1/4" shaft. You might want to call and be sure. Hope this helps...Bill

Yeah, the originals (used only on the 1000 & 2000 models) were about 1 5/8" inches high. Scarce! Almost impossible to find. Kinda like an '83 Corvette.  |

| I would suggest that you contact Don Burrows. He makes steel guitars and all sorts of parts. He makes stainless steel legs and sockets for most any brand steel guitar. This should be real easy. Tommy....... |
