Any help I have band in a box 2009.5, Trying to burn a song I get a message window, unknown device error, or no device open, I can Burn in Media Player ? But can not in Mini Burn. I have Dell Lap Top Inspiron E1501

Larry,

Are you trying to burn a .wav file to an audio CD, or a BIAB file? You should render to wav file first, then burn the wav to CD.

Ha Robert I'm trying to burn a .wav file. or for that mater I've tried all the ways to render file. File does render and goes to mini burn box . But will not burn.

Hi Larry, It sounds as if the BIAB program is not recognizing your cd Drive. You could try restoring BIAB to factory settings. It may also be due to the various settings you have in your burn parameters.

When you click on burn to audio cd, does the cd burner in your computer show up in the dialogue box at the top? If not then it's not recognizing it.
