Steve,

I was already exited about playing a set at the second annual show -- and now that John Hughey has agreed to join in I'm even more anxious for that week end to arrive. Wow! Mike, Russ, Herby, Walter and now John -- I don't know if this old heart can stand it. And that backup band last year was phenominal; they played everything I threw at them, even though I hadn't planned on playing and had left all of my charts at home. I promise to bring my books along this year.
