It's Chad Jeffers, who is Carrie's road steeler. Before he joined Carrie's band, Chad was playin' dobro for the group Pinmonkey, then he went on to play dobro and other instruments with Keith Urban, and since the start of 2008, he's been playin' steel for Carrie.
