I had a problem with one of the tubes in my Seymour Duncan Twin tube calssic pedal. Even tho I had no warranty and had bought the pedal used from soomeone who had also bought the pedal used, Seymour Duncan agreed to repair the pedal, no questions asked, no fee. I sent the pedal out last week and to my great surprise found it on my doorstep today when i got home from work all repaired and sounding like new again.
I know some of you use this pedal and I just wanted to give you a heads up on some excellent customer service from seymour duncan and let you know that should your pedal go belly up, you can have it repaired in about a week at no charge. |

Be, that;s good to hear. I have a new one in the box I need to get out,and play, and have some fun with. What's the address you sent yours too for repair? Never know when these units need TLC. |
