As many other tired folks just home from the ISGC have said, we had a great time in St. Louis this past weekend. For those of you not fortunate enough to get to go this year you missed a great time. Scotty, Mary, and all their family work tirelessly for the whole year to put together the biggest steel guitar show in the world and its success is evidence of how much we love it and need it. I am very thankful to have been asked to play this year and greatly appreciate the reception I was given by audience on my portion of the show Sat. afternoon. There were so many great players and moments I won't try to enumerate them all. Do yourself a favor and start planning now for 2010!
Again, thanks to Scotty, Stoney, Rob P., Bill Ferguson & crew, and everyone associated with putting on a great show. Job well done.....again. |

Tommy,
My wife and I were at your show and this was our first time to attend. We both enjoyed your show so much. It's so great to hear the music you played and the passion for which you played with is out of this world. We say thanks to you for making the convention such a great place to see and hear great music. Scotty did a great job and we enjoyed every day. _________________ ZumSteel SD-10 5-8, GFI Ultra SD-10 3+4, Goodrich V/P, Boss DD3, FenderFM, Vegas 400. Learning to play for my Savior, Jesus...... |

Tommy,
Thanks for your great set. I really enjoyed your playing and the selection of tunes. I loved "Rose Garden" and, of course, "Vincent" with all those great minor chords in it. No wonder that Donna refers to me as Mr. Minor!
Kind Regards, Walter _________________ www.lloydgreentribute.com |

Tommy, we listened to your new CD on the way home.
Great stuff. I will strongly encourage everyone to buy a copy.
Now, I'm off to play with my new toy... |

I was there for a short period of time Saturday and happened to catch Tommy's portion. As always, Tommy picks tunes that you normally don't hear and I applaude Tommy for that. |

Well, thanks a lot to all of you for your kind comments about my set at the ISGC. I had a great time and again my sincere thanks to the staff band and Johnny Thomas for following my "sometimes quizical" charts. Great job by all.
And, David and Mike B., you guys need to stop.... you're going to give me a posterior complex! |
