Delmar Horner passes

Those of you from Frederick County, MD... Delmar Horner passed last week. He played at Rocky Hill Church picnic many times over the years. His brother is Gerald Horner. Gerald is a retired FC Deputy now retired in Florida, and was the original Bass player for Hat Creek many many years ago. Delmar was a real laid back guy, and will be missed. He played a MSA and a Dobro.
