I like the program "Things" as a to-do list program. I like it better than a paper to-do list because it's easier to store long notes in it. It costs money though.

TiddlyWiki is nice for this as well. I actually set up a full-blown wiki (MediaWiki) at work because I really like storing my notes that way. I had tons of Excel sheets before, still have some of them Smile
