I just replaced my first volume pot and now have my pedal back to working order. Thanks to everyone for their schematics, new pots and advice. I hope I don't have to do it again for another 5 years. Seriously, Thank You!

If this weren't a two month old pedal I may have made the same move my friend. But, I suppose I just couldn't justify spending the extra cash until I end up spending it in new pots first.

I decided to edit out my comments on pots

I'll just rephrase it to Tom Bradhsaws pots are great. Thanks Tom!

and

I dont see why manufacturers cant use quality pots in their pedals from the start, I think their price tag more than justifies it.

Glad you got the pedal going Jason. I know the quality has gone to "pot" in the last few years, excuse the feeble pun attempt, but pot pedals are still quite popular. I can honestly say that I haven't had to replace pots in my Goodrich pedals more than a half dozen times over the past 25+ years of playing. Maybe I've just had good luck, I don't know.
