MO: Goodtime Charlies in Chilicothie this weekend

I'll be pickin at Goodtime Charlies in Chillicothie Mo this weekend. Would love to meet steelers and steel guitar and old country/western swing lovers. The band will be me, Dave Owens on bass and vocals, Dwayne Bowman on guitar and vocals, Ernie Reed from Mel Tillis's band on fiddle and vocals, Norman Good will be singing and don't forget "Rompin" Ronnie Blecher on drums fresh off his tour with Chuck Berry. (ok he worked with CB a long time ago but he is always fresh! hehehe) Should be a hoot of a weekend. We play both Friday and Saturday night with a round of golf in between.

What a great weekend! Goodtime Charlies is destined to be a great Honky Tonk. It's way out in the country with plenty of room for dancin and a lot of good times. 27 holes of golf just made the weekend that much better.
