I have broken the ball and socket piece that connects the rod to the pedal on a mid 80's Zum. I tried calling them but the phone has just been ringing. any ideas where I could try?
Thanks!

I believe any brand but an Emmons should fit. They're pretty standard. Check with Bobbe Seymour or George L's website. How in the world did you break it ?

Thanks for the tips. I couldn't find George L's website but I did send a message to Bobby Seymour's store. I don't know how it broke! the metal really must have been fragile cause it just snapped. Of course it happened in the second song of a two piece band that played for 2 hrs. I had to switch out my A and C pedal in the next song and deal with it. All in all a good experience in making due.
thanks again,
Brian

Those things can break if they are not screwed all the way in. (Picture where the material is stressed in this case). So it's worth taking the time to tighten them now and then.

the connector that snaps over the ball can break on the early 80 models because bruce cut them out to attach end to end rather than at right angles. someone on the forum polnted out where to buy better quality replacements.
