Yes it's that time of the month for our monthly meeting. It will be at the old Community Building in Baxter Springs KS. Come and pick or just come to visit and listen. Sunday from 1:00-5:00PM. Coffee and maybe we can rustle up some grub.

This may be our last meeting before our show in October. September meeting day is on the Labor Day weekend and I think the community building has been rented. I'll check and put an update asap. Ray

Hey guys, We are gonna have to miss this meeting due to Dana is in Oklahoma staying with her grandpa for a week. I am going down Saturday night to bring my cook back home. Austin and I are bout to waste away (not). We really regret missing because yall are like family. Gotta get things around because Austin plays at the Crawford County Fair tonight and the Ft Scott Jamboree tomorrow night. Gonna miss everyone.

Wesley, it is located at 4th and West Ave. Just go west on 5th street and you will see the sign for the Community Building. Hope to see you Sunday.

Well, we had a good meeting again this past Sunday. Had a total of 25 people there. 8 steel players, drums & bass & lead guitar and saxaphone. We'll have our meeting for next month at a different date because the community building was already rented out. Missed Austin, Dana and Randy as they were in Arkansas. I'll start a new thread for the invited players for our show October 2,3,4 2009. So if your name isn't on the list let me know and we'll have a spot for you. Just let me know that you're a comfirmed player. Ray

Hey everyone. We missed being at the meeting. Ruth was kind enough to take notes for me and Jim got some pictures for us. I figured it was a bit late to post online, but I have it all in the book for the club.
We were in Branson the weekend before the meeting and gained a new KSGA club member. Richard Metsker from Carthage, MO. signed up with us. We were glad to see him and his wife.
The weekend of the meeting, I was in AR./OK. with my grandfather still, so Austin and Randy came down to be with us. Dad and Austin were able to attend the club meeting with the Muldrow, OK. boys and said they had a lot of fun.
We will all be glad to be back with the Kansas guys and gals the end of this month. That Oct. show just snuck right up on me though. I am going to have to get busy!
