I was following two eBay auctions on double neck Rickenbachers........

One has disappeared! DRATT.

Of course, I purchased my last g'tar a couple of weeks ago but I surely would've loved to have had the opportunity to sit down and caress it's strings.
Nice looking g'tar.

Okay now......which one of you did it? Fess up!

Ray, I think you need to join Rickenbackers anonymous or something. Mr. Green

I tricked YOU! Somebody got away with the first one but I nailed the second one! It's a great looking g'tar and closely resembles my newly acquired Jerry Byrd model, single-8.

Now I'll be able to work with the C-Diatonic and the C6th/A7th tunings........if only I'm smart enough to figure them out.

This IS, my very last g'tar purchase during this life time. My stable is full. The only one I could possibly yearn for, is that 7-string Bakelite with the knobs on both sides. Now that would transform my collection into one of completeness.

The seller withdrew the money today and he said he'll ship today. Can't wait. It's like Xmas already!

ok Skip; I'll confess. Remember the gal we were both in love with back in 52? We were to be married but you had all the big bucks and I was a poor Sgt? She ran off with you and broke my heart. I thought you might want this guitar so I bought it just for spite and got a real good deal on it. That'l teach you to leave my women alone. BTW, shes in prison now in Idaho and says you are to blame. I laugh when I sit down at YOUR guitar. Your buddy cc
