As many of you know Hummingbird Music Studio has been hosting a "Steel Guitar Celebration" Bi-annually since 1996 . The location since 2000 has been the Holiday Inn of New Philadelphia Ohio . I was recently informed that the Inn is being tore down and will not be able to honor reservations made through 2010 .
As I am looking for another venue to host the event I am finding out many and most of the sites are already booked . Bummer !!!! I have found some suitable locations but need to change the date as they are booked on the 23, 24 and 25 of April our normal weekend to have the Celebration .
So my question is, What dates in April and the first week end of May are already hosting a Steel guitar function . I in no way want to step on another promoter's toes so to speak . So if any of you know of a show in April and/or May please post on this thread . I would be especially grateful if the promoters themselves would respond with there dates as to avoid any confusion .

| Rick, I'm not a promoter, but a supporter of several shows. The Week in question in April, is the week of the Mt. Vernon, Ill. show. Bobby Reed would be the one to confirm this, however. Good luck. Larry |

Really appreciate the info . I am interested in the entire month as the 23rd,24th and 25th are not available at the site I'm pursuing currently .So any info for the month of April and into May would be appreciated .Thanks again . RT |
