Well folks its not been my day. First a Holy Grail that I just bought went south after about 2 minutes and then my Dual Showman did likewise. It was buzzing in time to the bass player so I figured perhaps a micro phonic pre amp tube or two since it has recently had power tubes, bias, and a cap job. It seems to make the noise when I tap on any of the pre amp tubes. I think I must be right but I thought with my recent string of luck it probably wouldn't hurt to ask in case I am missing something. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

That would be the 1st thing that I would suspect. Just change them with a good 12ax7 ( or 7025 or ECC83) 1 at a time and see if that corrects the problem. Start with V1 and V2...that would be the two on your far left as you face the front of the amp.
