Can anyone complete the introduction? Here is what I have

Sherman,
Your chords look correct to me. The chords for the second half of the verse ("intro") are the same as the first half, except omit the last C7+5 and stay on F right into the chorus.

I'll go back to Georgia 'cause that's where I belong."
