Hi David
I played with him last year also. He had his U.S. band with him, though he sometimes uses a Dutch band. I think they are called 'Savannah'. Great guy, great singer, and writer of many hits, including the George Jones hit 'I don't need no rockin' chair'. You'll love it, he's a Gentleman.
Cheers

David, that's great. I've heard him on WSM on my side of the pond. My local country station won't play him because he's TOO COUNTRY. I hope the best for you.

Billy is great. I been playing with him for a while now , when he has band gigs. He wrote "Choices" , "I Dont No Rocking Chair" for George Jones and many other hits. He is the Reigning Male Vocalist in Europe. Great Great guy... Buy him a shot Of Crown Royal if you guys have it over there and tell him it's from me !!! His band would have been there but the budget wouldnt allow. He's been looking forward to meeting you !

Billy loves Steel guitar !!!

Hey everybody

The tour went great.
David played his socks off.

David joined Billy's European Band "Savannah" who did a great job for Billy.

Billy always draws a crowd and gives his fans a great show.

He is the last one to leave, chatting and signing for everyone who comes to see him.

Billy has a new CD out in August and brought along some advanced copies. (We still have some for sale)

Mike Johnson is playing on the CD

Bye for now Ya'll

John Russell
