Just picked up a new pawnshop prize, which I really needed about as much as a third armpit. Original Session 500 with BW: got it pretty cheap, and a hard deal to beat by the pound!!
This beast came with a Peavey footswitch, but the buttons don't seem to correspond very well with the written functions. I have two questions: Can somebody post a picture of what the correct switch for this amp looks like?
Second: did Peavey make a clip on controller for this amp to attach to a guitar leg like the one they made for the Session 2000? Anybody got one they'd love to get rid of?
This is a fabulous sounding amplifier, huge, rich, and quiet, and I think it sounds even better resonating off my bilateral recurrent hernias from carrying it down the stairs.

Peavey did make a clip on switch for the 500.
I believe it has an on/off switch and a knob for the "string" effect. |

Well, I thought someone would have posted a picture by now.
Forgive the appearance of mine. It's been around the world more than once, but you can see what one actually looks like.
Housing is cast metal, painted black with silk screen digits. It then had a thin transparent plastic protective covering adhered to it.
So, there you are!
Hope this helps,
Cheers!
