I have one and can't find it but I will email Bob Hoffnars email in Austin.
It's pretty strait forward ..
Mine it red and Black with Black to ground.
Good sounding PU

I think I have seen that pickup before. It might have been made by Dimarzio. Chuck Campbell has one in his Excel.
