Well.... gigs are way off, and although I'd rather be playing, I'm looking to take on more PSG tech jobs. For all you players in and around the NY Metro area and beyond, I can do anything from complete rebuilds to routine maintenance, repairs and everything in between. I have over thirty years experience, working on all kinds of steels, with a particular affinity for push-pulls. I can provide buy/sell brokering service, or outright sales when I have something good. From simple volume pedal pot replacement (with NOS Allen Bradley USA, or Dunlop premium pots) to complete rebuilds, I'd be happy to do the work for you.

I should say that the flawless, and very expert front apron veneer replacement on the above guitar was done by the previous owner, forumite Connie Mack. The curly maple is even more interesting than the original veneer panel. Props to Connie.

If you want your guitar to play as well as it can, JW is the guy to bring it to. His PP Emmons work is second to none, and he knows his way around an allpull as well.

Whoa!
What happened to that guitar in the "Before" pic?

It looks like it got dropped out of an aircraft at 20,000 feet.

Nah, mike, not dropped from 20,000 feet; its just the way I got the guitar, from Connie Mack, who got it from Skip Krevens, who have both been friends for many years. Connie did a great job on the front apron veneer replacement and finish.
It was a basket case, but everything original was there and nothing except a few springs etc. was broken or excessively worn. Really just needed a good de-gunking and total re-build. I've been playing it a lot, and I think it's a real honey.
