Ok fellow steel players I need some advice. I am in
the market for a steel and there are several ones that
I see that look nice but don't really know how they play or sound. Hear is the line up.
Mullen vs Emmons vs Carter vs Fessenden vs GFI vs MSA
If anybody could tell me who they think the champ would
be and why then please do so.

Mark,you named six guitars,all are great guitars,I'm sure you will get several different opinions,guitars are like autos,if EVERYONE like the same brand,there would be only ONE. DYKBC.

Are you trying to purchase a new guitar or a used guitar? The waiting time for a new guitar could be close to a year for some brands. Last year Gary Carpenter at Rains had my steel ready in less than 5 weeks.

I would write all the names down on small pieces of paper, place them in a hat, blindfold yourself, and then draw one out!
