Has anyone else had a problem getting a call back from Emmons? I tried to order some parts no call back.

Just recently, they replied the same day to one of my email inquiries... and I recieved no response at all from another.... hit or miss I guess. However, I recently purchased some parts for my P/P from Bobbe Seymour.... service was great!

Try using this email address; r_lashley@bellsouth.net. I sent an email out on this past Monday evening and an answer came from them the next day.

John,
Try and have some patience, as I have sometimes had to phone several times to get an answer. The email address that Walter provided is correct but you need to be sure and insert that underscore character between the r and the l, as it really didn't show up in his post. They are usually pretty good about replying to email.

She didn't respond to the e-mail but in a few days the parts were delivered.
