What would be a good but simple setup for a 12 string emmons push pull.It has 3 pedals and 4 knees.I'm wanting standard pulls on the top 10 string like the standard E9th but what pulls would be the most popular for the bottom end of the tuning?I don't need a whole universal tuning just what will work on a p/p with 3 pedals and 4 knees. Thanks George |

Low strings could be 11 G# and 12 E.
Raise the G# to A on the B pedal.
Raise the E with the F lever, but do not lower it with your Eb lever... then it can be the root of an E maj7 chord with your lowered 8th string. |

I've never had a 12-string E9, but I always thought it would be fun to lower the 12th string E to C#, so you can get that big C6 pedal 8 sound. |

I lower 12stg E-C# on my "F" lever to get the low root note of the A/F position. I have this on both my SD-12 PP and my MSA SD12 Legend and find it to be of more use that the low E-F.
