Does anyone have Moon River tabbed out on C6th? I believe that is one of the prettiest songs and would like some help on the C neck.

Russ Hicks had a beautiful arrangement of this on his C.D. "Two Mile Pike".

I'm bumping this to remind myself to post some tab. I have a very simple arrangement that I've been meaning to post for this.

A lot of these F chords are technically Maj7+9 or something like that. If you have a 'reverse 6' pedal like I do or a pedal that raises both Es to F like some do, you can certainly use that.
Also, I don't like the way slides look in Tabledit, so I leave them out, just do it how you want to.

Great job John. How is the tab done with a computer? The only way I can do it is by hand. With software like that, you could write a book for new steel players. Larry

Larry,

I recently paid about $60 for a copy of the Tabledit software, after seeing some other people here who made some very nice tab with it. This was the first song I've done with it.

I'm actually considering what you suggested, either doing a small book of some classic ballands, or possibly just doing tab for jazz standards by individual request, maybe five bucks a song or something. Not quite sure how to plan it out yet. Really just thinking I could eventually pay off that $60 and maybe pick up some pocket change.

R.M., Sorry, I have no C6 neck here but I did get a chart down for the song for E9. I don't own a biab yet so just went with a bass backup 4 now on this mp3 of the arrngement. The tab for this and other unposted as yet tabs will be in the music/lessons section sometime soon or just email me.
