Here we are my last creations.
There is an hawaiian guitar with standard thickness, and a "slim" hawaiian with 2" thickness body.
25" scale lenght, grover stat tite tuners, and hand rubbed nitrocellulose lacquer...
have a nice day!

Stunning work Bob!
Tasteful inlay & rope binding on that skinny one...
How would you describe the difference in tone between the two?
Side-by-side sounclips for comparison would be sweet! _________________ www.hollowneck.com |

Thanks guys.
Two sisters have a scale from 25".
The first has 75mm thickness body,a fat voice, and deep bass (I've changed the bracing to increase low freq.) It's buum buum very aggressive.
The little amazed me, it has a good volume, not less than the sister, lot of presence and a good attack. IT has a light bracing and 50mm thickness body, and a very sweet voice, has many more harmonics of the sister... so this is my favorite |

Major Congratulations Bob ---
Two wonderful examples of premium quality instruments.
I think I will brew up an Italian Espresso in your honor.
May your buyer/owners arrive, as they are needed to advance this dedicated artist's ability to produce even more of these beauties.
It is great that the Acoustic Side of the Lap Steel is gaining in popularity, it opens up so many avenues of musical adventure.
