As far as I know, Raul doesn't have steel but there is one guy in the band who is a multi-instrumentalist, not sure if he plays steel, though.

Thanks Brett.

A band I play with is opening for Raul Malo in a few weeks and I was hoping to watch a real pro up close and then bug him backstage for tips. Very Happy

Maybe better to not have a pro tell me to give it up.

Thanks for the nice words Jim. I'm working hard on getting good, but I know I've got a long way to go. I'm too stubborn to give up though.

BTW that Emmons Intros & Turnarounds course is great, can't wait to get part 2.
