Played a little Fair gig Friday night had a good time and got to see a forum member Pat Hattic play. Great guy, and great player with his nice Mullen U12.

I also got to play a 45 minute set with Paul Dobbs on his Zum D10. I was playing bass and it is always a treat to play with Paul.

Great job last night Pat!

Robert, having lived in the Valley in the past, I have had the pleasure of knowing Paul Dobbs and what a fine player he is. I also played steel for David Langely at the Bingo Palace in the early nineties. What a great time I had with David. Also got to do some dub work when David was doing some studio work for Larry Keys in his studio. Also know Jerry Teel that started with Roger when he started making music.

I saw Paul play close to 20 years ago when I was new playing steel. He had a D-12 BMI I think. He was fantastic. The real deal!

I've played with Jerry a few times as well. Heck of a good guy and a good player. I guess you know that David is in Nashville now, currently touring with Ray Price and Wille Nelson. Not sure how much longer that will last. We recorded Roger's last album at David's before he moved to Nashville. He did a good job on it. I'm hoping the atascadero even comes together and I can get to meet some of the other Calif players.
