Cakewalik

Has anybody else had the support problem that I'm having with Cakewalk.???
I have been using their soft ware for at least 12 years... but i've finally hit the brick wall with them on support for Guitar Tracks pro 3.
Ive sent them 3 E Mails in the last 2 weeks stating my problem with NADA in return. I've never had this problem in the past.
If this is to be the norm for Cakewalk.. this might be a warning to any potential purchases from them. Lee
