Tele Player with Ralph Mooney

Anyone at the TSGA Jamboree a few weeks back know who the guitarist with Ralph Mooney was/is? I know I recognize him from somewhere. He was the guy in the tall cowboy hat, with long hair and some sort of chin patch. (like a small goatee) He played the Telecaster, to Ralph Mooney's right. Thanks.
