I don't have a clue as to the brand of this pedal. It is similar to an Emmons with a drop pin but, is definately not an Emmons. $ 75.00 shipped.

I don'tknow Al. It has a nylon rack and pinion set up to operate the pot. Maybe some one will chime in with some further info.

It's an original issue MSA from the 70's.
The only thing missing is the little rubber tips on the adjusters.
I don't know who actually made them but mine came with the steel.

The little crutch tips are available at Emmons or Bobbe Seymour, I believe
