Just got a new acoustic-electric bass with the thin, under the bridge saddle transducer. When it arrived, the bottom two strings were loud and clear, the upper two were barely being amplified. The company sent we another transducer. After I switched the two, the two outside strings (G and E) are loud and clear, the middle two are marginal. The bottom of the saddle seems to be flat, and there is a decent angle where the strings go over the saddle. Any idea what is causing this problem? Thanks for any suggestions.
