My good friend Terry Wood has some really good Steel Guitar DVD instruction courses. He calls them his Nashville E9th DVD's. He also has a course he calls New Nashville and Western Swing C6th DVDs. You can order directly from Terry, he as an ad on the forum. Terry is a great steel guitar player, and a really good teacher. Very Happy

Thanks Keith!

Well, I try to make my steel DVD instructions where anyone can learn from them. It is as easy as using a remote control. Everything is recorded up close and played and explained slowly.

The name Nashville and Western Swing are used as titles because often the material is songs, licks and intros you will use if you play Country music whether it is the style from Nashville or the Texas and Oklahoma styles of music.

Just like you Keith, I played all those places like too, when we were all younger and burnin' up the road. Very Happy

I also keep my DVD and tab instruction books at affordable prices because we are all feeling the dollar crunch these days.

My biggest desire with steel these days, is to help others learn to play the steel guitar and also to promote and extend the popularity of this instrument.

If anyone has any questions just e-mail me or telephone me evenings at my home number 417-468-2102. I am a professional teacher during days in the public schools.

Thanks again and GOD bless!

Terry's DVDs are great quality & reasonably priced.

He is very good at explaining stuff, he's very straight-forward and easy to follow.

I've purchased two of his dvds and plan on purchasing more!!!
