| The only amp I have is a Roland KC500 that I have been using for my keyboard. I was thinking on obtaining a Peavy Nashville 112 and was wondering if anyone out there has used the Roland with their steel, for comparison in tone quality. Thanks, STEVE |

Hello Steve,
I have been using a Roland Cube 100 Keyboard amp on my steel until just this past week I purchased on the forum a Nashville 112. Besides the extra weight of the roland to hoss around there is a tonal difference for sure. The Nashville 112 is much cleaner, crisper sound and Definately an improvement! I also use a Peavey KB-300 Keyboard amp with steel and the difference there is significant also. Steel amps are made for steels, keyboard amps are made for keyboards and although they work for either if you want the best go for the correct one!. I have beat this dog for over a year now and made this brainstorm decision ha ha.
